Carl Bright


I’m Carl Bright.  I am a 500 hour certified yoga teacher registered with yoga alliance.  Yoga has been a great gift to me and I want to share my knowledge of having the benefits of a yoga practice.  Practicing yoga has helped me physically and mentally.  It is a medium that has helped me reached greater heights of body awareness and has challenged me physically in ways that I never knew possible.

My overall goal is to help people of all walks of life be able to experience the benefits of yoga.

Yoga + Plus Fit is a hatha yoga program that focuses on improving flexibility, building strength in range of motion, and lengthening and strengthening muscles.  We strive to help athletes improve their overall performance.

Our services are not limited to the athletically inclined we have worked people from all walks of life from all age groups. We also offer 1-on-1 training and virtual (skype) training sessions. Below are two types of classes:

  • Yoga Plus Fit – An intense yoga class dedicated to improving flexibility as well as strength training.
  • Yoga Hike – A hike / run that incorporates yoga set on a beautiful trail in the Dallas, Fort Worth Metroplex.  The location may change from week to week.


young girls yoga plus fitYOGA PLUS FIT ORGANIZATION is a non-profit organization that works with populations that may never have the opportunity to engage in a yoga practice.  We are currently working with elementary schools to offer an after school yoga program to students.  Our services to the students are free.  We use fundraising to support the program. is dedicated to bringing yoga to those who may never have the opportunity to experience the benefits of a yoga practice. We are currently working to bring yoga to elementary schools in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex.
